An onsite consultation allows us to go further by inspecting your property, existing electrical system, roof or solar equipment and identifying site-specific requirements before recommending a solution.

No. You can request a quote from PV Surveyors without booking a consultation. Our consultations are available for homeowners who want more detailed professional advice, a closer assessment of their options or help deciding what solution is right for their property. If you already know what you need, you can simply request a quote and we can take it from there.

Yes. Depending on the consultation you choose, we can review your energy usage, property, existing equipment and future plans to help determine suitable solar, battery, backup or EV charging options. Where appropriate, we can also provide tailored recommendations and pricing so you have a clearer understanding of the available options and costs before making a decision.

No. Our consultations are designed to give you practical, independent advice so you can make an informed decision, with no obligation to proceed with an installation. If you choose to have PV Surveyors complete your installation, the cost of your paid consultation will be credited towards the final installation price.

The time depends on the consultation you choose. Our initial chat is approximately 15 minutes, a phone consultation is 1 hour, an onsite battery consultation is approximately 1.5 hours, an onsite solar consultation is approximately 3 hours, and a combined onsite solar and battery consultation is approximately 4 hours. This gives us enough time to properly understand your property, energy needs and goals rather than rushing through the process.

PV Surveyors is Brisbane-based and provides consultations throughout Brisbane, Moreton Bay and surrounding areas. For onsite consultations outside our usual service area, contact us with your suburb and we can confirm availability and whether any additional travel costs apply.
